If you have COVID-19 or suspect you have the virus, please schedule your appointment 10-14 days after symptom onset.

Additional instructions will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.

If you have a history of fainting when having your blood drawn, scheduling an appointment inside our Patient Service Centers may be a safer option for you.

You will remain in your vehicle and a Sonora Quest team member will come to your vehicle to collect your blood sample.

If self-ordering, please complete your order through our My Lab ReQuest solution to save time at your appointment.

A doctor’s order or self-order is required.

Tests requiring urine, stool, or samples other than blood are not able to be collected.

Routine Lab – Carside services are only available for patients 18+ for tests in which a blood sample is required.

Please avoid visiting our Patient Service Centers if you are exhibiting severe symptoms of COVID-19, including a fever of 102 F or higher, a fever lasting more than 48 hours, or severe cough.

If you do not have a mask and would like one, please request one from our front desk staff.

You may continue to wear a mask at your discretion.
